I recently met with Jerry Espinosa at Right Toyota in Scottsdale to research and test drive a Toyota Corolla S 2012. He was extremely helpful, providing lots of information about the vehicle in an enthusiastic manner without being at all pushy or high pressure. I also appreciated his patience in answering my many questions about the car and financing options. I would definitely go to this dealership again should I choose to buy a Toyota. Thanks, Jerry! more

terrific service 8/10/2011

I am a dedicated Toyota owner who feels the need to praise on of your employees. It is not just the quality of the car that keeps me coming back to Toyota, but the quality of your employees is a major plus also. Chris is an amazing young man. He is always willing and able to help me no matter what the problem is. He always takes the time to answer questions over the phone and is always patient when I bring the car in with my long list of questions. He goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule. I used to dread the visit to the service department with the other cars that I have owned , but now it is a pleasant experience. Thank you for your terrific service department and especially for Chris. more

Great Dealership! 8/8/2011

Bought a brand new 2011 Tundra from them a month ago and I was tremendously satisfied. I received more thank you calls and letters than I had ever received in the past. I had to put the thank you's to the test when I found a small flaw in the paint of my truck. They handled the problem no questions asked, and the truck is now perfect. So, along with a tremendously good deal, I have found a place to by and service my Toyotas. I also have a 2007 Tundra which I purchased there and have always had it serviced there. The guys do not try to rip off, up sell you, when you get your services done. Great Dealership! more

extended courtesy and assistance 8/3/2011

Just wanted to send a note your way to extend a further compliment. I was in yesterday - on a day in which the service department,evidently was short handed and the flow of repairs very busy. Despite the fact , as aver, Rick took care of my Highlander in a swift matter.Further, he went way out of his way in extended courtesy and assistance. he always does so, but given the hectic day, that was even more outstanding. Also, Frank was exceedingly helpful...as he too always is. So compliments to the two of them and to you for having such a fine staff. more

I felt Right Toyota was absolutely fair with me 8/1/2011

I am writing to let you and your organization know how much I appreciated the fine service and fair treatment I received from Right Toyota during my recent purchase of a new Sequoia automobile. Frankly, there were two communication situations during the process that caused me to be concerned that the deal might not go through as I had understood it. In both cases, your organization lived up to their commitments $110% and I am now enjoying my new "" ride "" as my kids would call it. I felt Right Toyota was absolutely fair with me and the could count on my future business as well as recommendations to my family and neighbors. It was a pleasure buying a car from you. more

Excellent customer service. 7/26/2011

This letter is to compliment one of your personnel, Andrey Vorobyovski, Sales and Leasing Consultant. My husband and I were in your dealership yesterday with our daughter,with the intent of buying a used vehicle for her. From our first steps onto your lot, Andrey was extremely professional, listened to our needs and wants and shared his knowledge. In the course of showing us the inventory of used cars and test driving and Altima, he suggested our daughter drive a Camry and compare the drive of the Camry to the Altima, the car she was leaning towards. She loved the feel of the Camry and its acceleration and braking abilities. We ended up trading her vehicle for and buying a 2010 Camry SE. It is not likely that we would have persued other cars or bought a new vehicle if Andrey had been pushy or had not taken time to listen to our needs. You are fortunate to have sch a talented person in your organization, who exemplifies customer service. more

**BEWARE! DON'T TRUST RIGHT TOYOTA!** 7/25/2011

I have bought 15 New Toyotas over the years in California, Nevada, and Arizona. Right Toyota was the absolute worst. Check you paint, scratches and dents. You have to argue with them to get a product that is new. they are rude, don't follow through with what they say they are going to do, and do terrible work. They had my New Venza for 9 of the first 12 days I had it. They keep passing the buck to somebody else. Nobody returns your calls. I bought my Toyota at 9 in the night, drove it home, and the next day I noticed hail damage, (dents) on my roof, scratches in the pain, tear on the window moulding and had to argue to get them fixed. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, you will save yourself a lot of stress!!!! more

A great and positive experience 7/19/2011

Right Toyota has been my best auto service experience of any and all dealerships I've dealt with! My wife and I bought a new Sienna from Jason Carter. The employees couldn't be nicer, and the service quality was great! Our sales rep Jason Carter was great and thorough. Overall, just a great and positive experience at Right Toyota. We will recommend them to all our friends and family. more

I usually don't like buying cars at a dealer but i had a very positive experience here. David gave me the best price in the valley for Camry Hybrid. Good service. I would recommend if your buying a toyota in the valley. more

extremely helpful and professional 7/11/2011

I got a great deal from one of the Fleet Managers (Andy) on a new ride. He was extremely helpful and professional. For once, I actually felt like a car-salesman cared. Andy did not make me feel rushed one bit and took the time to go over all the details with me at my own pace. Perhaps that's partly because Fleet Managers don't work on commission. Brad (the Finance Manager) was also very helpful and extremely easy to deal with. If it wasn't for the first car having a defect and having to wait an extra 1.5 hours for the next one to be prepped for me, I'd give this place 5 stars. more

Right Toyota Buyers Review 6/25/2011

We tried to buy a brand new SUV from Right Toyota. The sales experience went very bad. I, personally, would never do business with Right Toyota again. Right Toyota lost a customer who has many years left to buy cars. Toyota corporate lost a customer because of this experience. I'm going to look at other makes and models. We had a very negative buying experience. more

Service Department 5/6/2011

I've bought 2 brand new Toyota trucks at this dealership. I've liked the buying experience, but the service department experience is another story. Plain & simple, they are bad. They convey a look and tone in their voice of annoyance when I've brought my car in for service. They seem to be overworked (and maybe they're always irritated because they're underpaid... I don't know) because they are always backed up and cannot deliver the car on time. I've spoken with the manager about this. ""We'll get that straightened out."" NOT. I'm not going to buy my next Toyota here. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with a little respect. more

Jeff was so extremely helpful. My husband and I had an awful experience at another dealership the day before purchasing our Camry. Jeff was very to the point, he let us drive the cars we were interested in, gave us his honest opinion on what he would do (which wasn't the more expensive choice), he helped us in every way. He even ordered us lunch! Jaime in financing is also amazing! He was able to work some numbers around, get the price down on the car and warranty and get my interest rate lowered saving us $60 a month on our payment!\r more

I love the Dealership, the people are great, let's talk service. I have worked with Frank for years, he understands my needs, I am a Realtor, when I arrive he's certain to get me out quickly. I have leased and purchased car's as well as my last SUV Highlander. Right down to the cashier their personal attention and kindness is important to them. They have been for me a quality act, being in the people business I rate them a 5. more

Awesome I love them!!! I purchased a new 4runner from them and it was a great experience. I dealt with several of their employees and every one of them were professional. They asked question about my wants and needs and to my surprise met all my expectations. I am so happy with them and my new Toyota. Best dealership 11/16/2010

This is absolutely the best Toyota dealership in the valley. The service Dept. does what they promise and deliver on time with quality work. I didn't buy here but shopped here last year. They have the best salespeople, nice, laid back, but know their product.I am very happy with Right Toyota. I purchased my truck from there last May and get my service done there too. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. more
