As an out of state owner of investment property, I knew when I hit the renttoday.us website I had found the property management company that I needed. I had recently had difficult renters that left the home a disaster and I needed hands-on management of my property. Raylene reviewed all services provided by renttoday.us and was swift to determine my needs wasting no time in setting me on the road to a successful listing. She soon had me connected with Tiffany at Fix'd Construction to provide for needed repairs. Tiffany professionally managed the entire repair process from pictures, written estimates, contractor schedules and regular communication. Soon my property was listing ready and on its way to being rented. I couldn't be happier with how my property has been handled from the first phone call. RentToday is managing my property in Hesperia, CA. I have been with RentToday customer for a year and a half now and they've been providing great customer service for the time being. This company is very up-to-date with everything and I love the fact that they are pretty responsive about every requests. There has been a few minor accounting errors with my Montly Statements but with one call and everything was resolved. The reasons I'm not giving them a 5 stars (wish I can give 4 and a half) is because of the accounting errors that I've caught throughout the year. Also, I wish they would assign ONE agent to us where we can go to for any question regarding our property/statement. There is a customer service number but I usually get a different representatives every timeI call and some rep do not address the issue as promptly as others. The last accounting issue I've encounter a representative named Kelly and she was awesome! I told her my best friend has the same name as her. Anyways, she was wonderful and addressed my issue promptly and even called back to double check. Thanks Kelly! :) (Wish you had given me your last name.) I've also signed a 2 years contract with RentToday to manage my property in Hesperica, CA and I'm so thankful that they were able to find me wonderful tenants! I've had no issue what-so-ever and been getting all my monthly statements in a timely matter. I'm planning to extend the contract for another 2 years if they reduce the management fee since I have been loyal customer and been telling my family and friends about their great service. Overall, I'm very pleased with the company and their customer service especially finding me such great tenants! I've met my tenants and they're a wonderful family! Hope they will reduce my management fee after the 2 years contract! I hope this is somewhat helpful to owners or landlords our there who's considering RentToday Management. I will be back to write another review after my 2 years contract! :) more

After our tenant got evicted due to past due rent, I've decided to sell the property. Monica Ortiz referred me to their Broker company and listed our property.
