I would like to compliment Sonia Culligan at renttoday.us on her expertise in conducting business over my property in Perris, California. She was very helpful, very wonderful person, and she did help us quite a lot. She made the transition easier in prepping the house for rental. I highly recommend renttoday.us to anyone should the oppurtunity arise. I've spoken to other members there and all were so helpful in completing repairs in a timely manner. more

We appreciate your feedback and we do sympathize with your frustrations although as we have explained many, many, many times to you over the last 2 years....we are not in control of the HomeOwner's association for the condo community you live in. We cannot help that there is a lawsuit pending between the builder and the HOA and they have a moritorium on exterior repairs. We do not control the HOA nor do we own the building and our hands are tied in this situation. We have done all we can but we are prohibited from doing work on the outside of the building as that is common area and we have done everything we can to assist you. The owner (who WAS your friend and relative) has offered a multitude of times to let you out of your lease and move but you REFUSE. We are at a loss of what we can do for you if you are unhappy but refuse to leave. There are a million places where you can live and I understand your rent is very low here because the owner is very nice but that is not a reason to speak negatively about our company since we have done all we can. Again, we are sorry you are frustrated but your frustration is misplaced in this scenario. more

Worst experience ever! This place seemed like they had their act together months ago when I originally spoke with them, but lately they have been just awful!! Nobody seems to know what they are talking about and they seem to go through staff like water! That really tells something about this company!! They were late to our appointment, could not answer my questions, and seemed very, very unprofessional and unreliable!! They are a huge waste of time and apparently have a lot of fair housing violations! Need I say more? more

I rented my house in Anaheim through renttoday, I trusted them with my property. End result, I had to go thorugh eviction becasue teneats didn't pay, found drugs in the house estimated at 100k based on the police officer estimate; neighbors complained bitterly from the tenants, and said they could smell mariujuana coming out of the house. Had to spend $12,000 to fix the house. After all of that, the company deucted their fees from my depoist, in the 3 months they failed to get rent, and when asked them for collection which they will get 40 off, waited 6 months then they said they can't get it!!!! As a company, Renttoday.us finds your review heartless actually. Yes, you are correct that we did unfortunately have to evict your tenant but you fail to mention vital facts concerning the event.
The tenant was an excellent paying tenant for over 2 years!
Because of Renttoday, you recieved over $65,000 in rental income on this property without fail.
It was only after the ELDELY tenant had a BRAIN ANEURYSM and was hospitalized for over 2 months that they started to become behind on thier rent!
We immediatley started collections and we went to court on your behalf and SUCESSFULLY won a judgement in your favor due to this.
We attempted to garnish wages but the tenant was RETIRED and they had NO FUNDS to perform a bank levy. We explained this to you beforehand that we cannot guarantee collection on the judgment.
The fact that the tenant had a serious illness cannot be blamed on our company.
FURTHERMORE, an Orange County sheriff performed the lock out with a Renttoday.us staff member and there was no mention of any drugs, let alone 100k worth and if there were drugs they were most likely prescription being that our tenant was ELDERLY and VERY ILL. Not anything of what you are insuiating here is true.
We would recommend that you revisit your facts before you choose to slander companies in public.

Since we have placed our property with Renttoday, we have not had to worry about anything. Rents are received timely, I am no longer receiving calls from tenants for maintenance issues, and I am alerted when other repairs are needed. The staff at Renttoday are always very generous with their time and knowledgeable about so many areas of real estate. MY MOM ALWAYS TOLD ME IF I DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY - NOT TO SAY ANYTHING AT ALL RESPONSE FROM Renttoday.us: I'd have to say that the feeling is MUTUAL. It is a fact of life that not every client is a match for every company and this particular client does nothing but drain our resources each month by sending rude emails in all CAPS over and over about the same issue and mainly because he never took the time to read through our information and wants to change every company policy we have. He doesn't want us to do repairs, he doesn't want us to collect on his rent...his tenant pays late and we're not allowed to charge a late fee...we're not allowed to deduct items from the security deposit even though this is between us and the tenant. This client is a controlling micro manager and I feel for the next company he goes with and if he decides to manage himself I feel extremely sorry for the poor tenants. I'm sure anyone who has to deal with people can relate to what I'm saying. more

Overall, very professional and quick. My home was leased in about 2 weeks with very little to do on my part. They seem to have a very strong marketing team and all of the staff I dealt with were very nice and professional. I was quite impressed with the speed of response I received via email. I know they are all equipped with smart phones which really seems to be working for them. I also like the fact that they have an owner portal so I didn't have to bother them daily with updates. I was able to log on and see whatever activity was going on with my home. It was very convenient. I signed up for one year and expect it will be a good experience as it has been thus far. more

Having to relocate because of work is hard enough. But having to leave a home you have owned for many years, to rent is even worse. We went to view 2 homes the week before we found renttoday.us. From the first contact it was so enjoyable to talk to the staff. No pressure. No stress. So we drove another 12 hours down to see the home we were interested in. We met with one of the reps Selina. Very Professional! She allowed us to walk the home alone and just waited to see what we wanted to do. We signed right there. They all made it easy for my wife to want to relocated for work! Again..
