As an out of state owner of investment property, I knew when I hit the renttoday.us website I had found the property management company that I needed. I had recently had difficult renters that left the home a disaster and I needed hands-on management of my property.
Raylene reviewed all services provided by renttoday.us and was swift to determine my needs wasting no time in setting me on the road to a successful listing. She soon had me connected with Tiffany at Fix'd Construction to provide for needed repairs.
Tiffany professionally managed the entire repair process from pictures, written estimates, contractor schedules and regular communication. Soon my property was listing ready and on its way to being rented.
I couldn't be happier with how my property has been handled from the first phone call. I would highly recommend renttoday as a property management company to any property owners looking for someone to assist them with their investment.
