My name is Carla Alvarado, I am the type of person that likes to deal with only one person at a time. When I started with Renttoday, I was only speaking with Kim, I thought she was wonderful and very helpful, but to find out that she was no longer working there.
I started speaking to Bianca Melle, she has being very kind and understanding to the situation that I have been going through. I just want to say Bianca has made it easy to work with, and I really appreciate that. Very caring!
I also mentioned to Bianca that it would be nice to have a night drop box so customers can drop off payment like in the office in Ontario, that was very convenient.
