When I first drove by the house I currently live in, there was a Renttoday sign on the lawn, and I wondered how hard of a process it was going to be to get my family in there. That was until I called Renttoday, and the friendly staff explained to me how easy it actually was! From start to finish, the process was totally streamlined and there was always someone available to answer any questions. For being such a small staff, the Renttoday team is really a cohesive unit and it shows in their work ethic and efficiency. Bianca is super-friendly and always very attentive to any concerns or needs that we have. What I like most about Renttoday is that they didn't just disappear when we moved in to our new home. They work hard to make sure that every customer experience is top notch for the whole duration of tenancy, and I have no complaints. Add to all that their cool office space and fun and friendly staff, and you have one awesome old-fashioned business that you don't find too often these days. Three cheers for Renttoday! The current staff has done a decent job keeping me up to date on the needs of my rental. In the past everyone I talked to quit or was let go and never let me know what was going on. When a tenant is done with their lease I wish to be advised of current market rental rates and increased if necessary. After being denied for multiple rentals with other companies, RentToday was willing to work with me. They told me exactly what they needed from me in order to be approved, rather than a blanket denial. Dene was very patient with my multiple phone calls and worked very hard to help me finally get approved for a rental. I did think it was a little weird that they needed me to email them a picture ID before doing business, but once I got past that, they did everything they could to help me. I am truly grateful. Some reps have been more consistent and responsive than others. That has taken away a little from how likely I am to recommend the service. However, for the last 6 or 7 months we've been getting great service from Cheri, which has been super helpful. She always knows who I am, recalls every situation, and even does follow ups with me even asking. Its been extremely helpful. RESPONSE FROM Renttoday.us: Hi Darius! Monica and Dene are very helpful. Walked me through every step and got the job done in 20 days. Previous tenant moved out at end of lease and they got their own inspection done and new leased signed in 20 days. Great Work more

I don't do reviews very often due to my lack of time or simply because "I'm not into it". However, I'd like to mention that Renttoday.us is a very good business to work with. Just see it like this: 1-I filled up a form to register for their services. 2- They went to all necessary steps to have the property ready for renting. 3- They emailed me the property is leased. All the process in about 2 weeks! As easy as that...(at least on my side) Raylene your good...very professional, very dynamic. Good Service over all, I give all the stars I am allowed to. more

They work with your needs, and if something goes wrong; they will fix it right away. It's great that they will work with the city/ code officers/ city planners to complied with any code violations a property may have and bring it back to code. more
