Overall, very professional and quick. My home was leased in about 2 weeks with very little to do on my part. They seem to have a very strong marketing team and all of the staff I dealt with were very nice and professional. I was quite impressed with the speed of response I received via email. I know they are all equipped with smart phones which really seems to be working for them. I also like the fact that they have an owner portal so I didn't have to bother them daily with updates. I was able to log on and see whatever activity was going on with my home. It was very convenient. I signed up for one year and expect it will be a good experience as it has been thus far.
