I'd have to say that the feeling is MUTUAL. It is a fact of life that not every client is a match for every company and this particular client does nothing but drain our resources each month by sending rude emails in all CAPS over and over about the same issue and mainly because he never took the time to read through our information and wants to change every company policy we have. He doesn't want us to do repairs, he doesn't want us to collect on his rent...his tenant pays late and we're not allowed to charge a late fee...we're not allowed to deduct items from the security deposit even though this is between us and the tenant. This client is a controlling micro manager and I feel for the next company he goes with and if he decides to manage himself I feel extremely sorry for the poor tenants. I'm sure anyone who has to deal with people can relate to what I'm saying.
