We had used a couple of other companies, and upon seeing advertisements for R & R Heating and Air Conditioning, we gave them a call. From that first phone call, we knew we'd never use another company. Everyone we spoke to was so nice and extremely knowledgeable over the phone. And the technicians who came out for our first service, were professional, appropriate and very thorough. We just thought everyone was excellent.
Our family has a contractor background, so we are consumers that hold service companies up to a higher standard. We've been down the contractor road and look for things somebody else might not look for. For us to recognize their superior service and the high quality of their staff, is extremely important and says a lot about a company. We think R & R is really good, they always do a great job. We think they are wonderful and recommend them all the time!
