Premier Pools just finished my home pool in Folsom and I couldn't be happier with the results. It was my first pool, and a difficutl site, so though I researched companies thoroughly, got multiple estimates, I didn't really know what to expect. However, every team was extremely courteous, careful and accomodating, explaining their part as well as what was coming next, and doing their best to minimize the impact of construction (my existing patio next to the pool was unscathed!). Deserving special mention however, was our main contact and designer, Ryan Rouse. He patiently developed and interactively detailed two entirely separate designs (the second taking into account my Wife's input!), both of which turned our backyard's liability (huge slope) into a beautiful asset. Ryan carefully laid out the timeline and work phases on signing the contract, I took careful notes, and was pleased to see it go like clockwork. Every concern or question I had along the way was answered by Ryan, usually within hours (nights and weekends included!). Finally, from the many personal conversations I had with Ryan, I can say its refreshing to meet someone with his personal integrity. Maybe not unusual to come by these days, but certainly getting more rare. more

There is still trash in our yard and construction debris that they will not remove. Premier burried our drainage pipes, the workers left food wrappers and cans in our yard. They removed our fence and told us it was our responsibility to replace it , what a dissapointment. Customer service is totally disconnected from construction and they were rude to my wife when she called for construction updates. Workers knocked on our door at 7 am demanding advance payment for the days work. As soon as the last progress payment was made the service just gets worse. Bigger is not better, I cannot reccomend Premier Pools and Spa. more

What a perfect team! Michael and Tina kept me abreast with the step by step process and informed me in advance what to expect next. We love our pool and appreciate Premier for a wonderful job well done. more

My pool was just finished and my equipment doesn't work correctly. But the Customer Service Department (or lack there of) says they can't come for a week because they are are to busy! Really? I just spent $40,000 but they are too busy to look at my equipment. That doesn't seem like customer service to me, does it to you? I asked for 5 minutes of their time but they said, our first appointment is in a week take it or leave it. It gets better, the CS rep (Dan) I was talking to said his manager was right next to him! If so, the two of them should be transferred to the customer destruction department because that's what they did to me. I would think referrals are important, I guess not to them. more

I rec'd a bid from Premier Pools then I read all the comments, and figured the company is shady. I was unable to get a bid in writing big red flag. Salesman said he did not want competitors to see how low the bid was. BS they wanted to add costs later. Funny how this company has all the glowing reviews with their dates so close together, seems odd. Too many Red flags with company, but maybe you'll have a different experience. Salesman says they do a lot of business so there will be complaints. Well McDonalds sells a lot of hamburgers with very little complaints. more

But the cards fell in such a way Premier Pools came out as the winner for this particular job. The level of professionalism, timeliness of completion (from start to finish), and quality of work I received from Premier Pools was nothing short of amazing. Starting with the first phone call to Nina, working with Brian, to discussing items with the crew, it was a pleasurable experience all the way to the end. I was really impressed that I was treated the same as someone who spends 30k or more so it tells me how much the company prides itself on a quality customer experience regardless of job size. I will definitely recommend and call Premier Pools for any future work I may need performed. Also, a special thanks to all the crews for their awareness to cleanliness. more
