Review content:
Premier Pools just finished my home pool in Folsom and I couldn't be happier with the results. It was my first pool, and a difficutl site, so though I researched companies thoroughly, got multiple estimates, I didn't really know what to expect. However, every team was extremely courteous, careful and accomodating, explaining their part as well as what was coming next, and doing their best to minimize the impact of construction (my existing patio next to the pool was unscathed!). Deserving special mention however, was our main contact and designer, Ryan Rouse. He patiently developed and interactively detailed two entirely separate designs (the second taking into account my Wife's input!), both of which turned our backyard's liability (huge slope) into a beautiful asset. Ryan carefully laid out the timeline and work phases on signing the contract, I took careful notes, and was pleased to see it go like clockwork. Every concern or question I had along the way was answered by Ryan, usually within hours (nights and weekends included!). Finally, from the many personal conversations I had with Ryan, I can say its refreshing to meet someone with his personal integrity. Maybe not unusual to come by these days, but certainly getting more rare.
