My pool was just finished and my equipment doesn't work correctly. But the Customer Service Department (or lack there of) says they can't come for a week because they are are to busy! Really? I just spent $40,000 but they are too busy to look at my equipment. That doesn't seem like customer service to me, does it to you? I asked for 5 minutes of their time but they said, our first appointment is in a week take it or leave it. It gets better, the CS rep (Dan) I was talking to said his manager was right next to him! If so, the two of them should be transferred to the customer destruction department because that's what they did to me. I would think referrals are important, I guess not to them. more
