Had a great experience working with the designer and sales guy, Zack. Not only was he able to tell us all our options but was able to give us the pros and cons on each. Putting in the pool was easy and a straight-forward process. Premier was able to design and build our pool quickly so that we could use it before it got too cold---a huge plus with my kids! Our pool came out better than we envisioned and would recommend them. We are looking forward to getting a full summers use this year and for many years to come. I called them out to bid on resurfacing my pool and the sales guy, Tony, seems great. Pros: Seems like a good salesman Cons: Not sure I believe the 5 star reviews more

I called them out to bid on resurfacing my pool and the sales guy, Tony, seems great. When checking out their reviews here, I noticed there are 16 glowing, five star reviews within two weeks. Seems suspicious to me. I'm inclined to place more reliance on the negative reviews. We'll see what the bid looks like before making the final decision. Monica was very good at keeping my expectations realistic, and keeping me in my budget. She informed me of all the items that could raise the cost of pool before hand ie-access to backyard was very narrow, so longer dig time could and did happen. The drainage system would not be included. The end product is a pool within my budget, that I really like. The landscaping company that works with Premier-Earthscapes did good work, it would just be best to follow that very wise rule-get it in writing. There was a disagreement on additional landscape work to be done. With Monica's help, they came out and completed the work as promised-and did a nice job. Pros: Monica Thomas was great to work with Cons: Earthscapes needed alittle prodding to complete work more

Well its simple: People are too dumb to know the difference. Example 1: Clearly you have a company on here such as this one who obviously posts reviews for themselves, beautiful ones might i add, to try to push down the real ones. (Heres a quick way to find out if they are fake...if the person reviewing, all have one review... for one single company. hmmm coincidence....probably not! ""Better get right on that one Janice"" said the owner of the Sacramento Division) Example 2: You let sales people sell you on products you know nothing about except the price LOL ROFL WTF. If you dont have a conversation with the person making the decisions, writing the contracts, even showing up to your job every single day, then you will probably will get screwed. No fault of this company (well technically when they decided to separate the owner away from being the sales person), but in reality they would rather spend more time optimizing their rankings HERE then create a system of checks and balances from the customers mouth (aka the sales persons empty promises) to the contractor performing the work. Example 3: IF you are looking for only price...and price alone, then by all means find the slimiest company who would agree to put the worst materials on your property. Bottom line it takes all kinds, its just unfortunate that we all expect the best out of the world and we get companies and customers like you all: Buying and selling crap. After retiring from the california state board of contractors, I knew Premier would be building my pool. Michael Hutton lead me through the entire process, he even designed a one of a kind water feature, that transformed my backyard into a one of a kind backyard paradise retreat. Michael and Tina are amazing. They came into my home and became family. I had a vision and they made it come to fruition. We started out pool experience almost two years before Premier finished our pool. We spent the first six months calling 8 different pool companies. Premier and one other called us back, I assumed the others didn't want my business. After sitting down with the two companies we felt better about Premier Pools and started the design process. Gavin, our sales guy, was very patient with us when we rejected his first design. It was really more our fault since we didn't really tell him what we wanted. His second design was spot on. We signed the contract, then because of the economy crashed bank trust, had to wait more than a year for them to start construction. Even with the long delay, they held on to the promotional freebies for us. Pros: Everything they promised in our sit down session, we got Cons: Just a minor thing addressed below. more

Everything Gavin promised in our meeting, they did even though the other pool company swore Premier wouldn't. The pool was finished more than a week ahead of schedule, even with me setting back the time missing an inspection visit. Alright, I promised to address the little con. I noticed at one point that the cabo deck was not wired in. I called the office, they had someone out the next day fixing it. Everyone that comes over now just loves the pool, Gavin's design blends great into our backyard. I am looking forward to summer to be able to jump in it again. I thought hard about how many stars to give out. Five stars are hard for me to hand out for reviews. But there was nothing that I experienced that gave me any reason to give less than that. It was a bonus for us that Premier was also a member of the California Chamber of Commerce, it showed a commitment to their employees and for the laws of the state of California. Zack was down-to-earth, easy to work with, flexible and improved upon our design. We also found that the support staff was equally fantastic providing excellent service during and after construction. We are very pleased and would do it again. Pros: Very professional, excellent quality, great service Cons: None more

Zack Slivick, designer, was fantastic to work with - he is very knowledgeable, listened to my ideas and added his own (most of the time better) ideas to come up with the perfect pool for my lifestyle. Everyone who was involved from the office staff to the construction crews were very courteous, helpful and respectful. This is a very team oriented company. The service after construction has been good. I had a minor mishap cleaning the filter and since it was a Sunday had to call Zack on his cell phone - he promptly called me back and talked me through the problem. I then requested a follow-up orientation and a technician came out the next week. I recommend Premier Pools without hesitation. Pros: Quality construction, professional crew more
