Premier just finished our pool in our North Natomas home, the pool came out fine but the customer service experience was TERRIBLE. There is still trash in our yard and construction debris that they will not remove. Premier burried our drainage pipes, the workers left food wrappers and cans in our yard. They removed our fence and told us it was our responsibility to replace it , what a dissapointment. Customer service is totally disconnected from construction and they were rude to my wife when she called for construction updates. Workers knocked on our door at 7 am demanding advance payment for the days work. As soon as the last progress payment was made the service just gets worse. Bigger is not better, I cannot reccomend Premier Pools and Spa.
