wow. where do i begin? first off, all of these glowing five star reviews are obviously fake. look at the dates associated with them and the similar verbage. amazing that premier has in the last year accumulated all these great reviews after all the previously horrible reviews. this doesnt surprise me as my pool construction was a completely horrible experience. the sales person brian porter, who is apparently the owners son, lied or forgot to put some of the things we wanted on our contract. when my wife and i asked him about the missing items he re-assured us that they were included so against better judgement we proceeded anyways. we were later charged extra for these items. the pool dig and plumbing was completed and they put our equipment in the wrong place. also the pipes sticking up were crooked. then we had a failed inspection because the pool didnt have enough rebar in it. thankfully the city inspector was able to force them to put the proper amount of rebar in our pool. when it came to the decking i was dissapointed that our concrete was only three inches thick instead of 4 inches which is the industry standard. i know because i used to do concrete work when i was younger. when i told them i wanted it fixed the forman called his boss i evesdropped his conversation from my window and he told them that they needed to fix it because "i was familiar with construction and knew that it was wrong". they didnt want to fix it for the sake of delivering a quality product. what a joke. they day before they were supposed to pour our concrete deck no one had fixed it so i ended up going out and fixing it myself. after the pool was finished we noticed that the water level was dropping. they sent somone out who determined that the pool is leaking was at the skimmer. they said they would send someone out promptly to fix the problem and even after several phone calls that never happened. we ended up paying our pool service guy to fix it instead of premier. this company is a joke. their warrenty is meaningless. stay away from them. more

I want to express how very satisfied we are with our new pool that Premier Pools built for us. It truly is a beautiful addition to our property and is a joy to look at. The pool has totally changed the feeling we have when we open our windows and see our tropical paradise in our own backyard. The quality of construction that Premier uses in the building of their pools is the MAIN reason we went with this company. As with any construction project there were a few problems along the way, but they handled them in a very professional way and went the EXTRA mile to make sure that we were satisfied. A customer can’t ask for anything more. I would recommend Premier Pools to any family or friend if they really want a quality pool. more

This company, starting with Kieth Harbeck, owner and partner, is the worst company I ever experienced in contracting work. They did a terrible job applying my Pebble Tec coating on my pool remodel. When I asked to have the work reviewed and corrected, it took over 9 months to have anyone take a look at my complaints and then another 3 months before anyone acknowledged there was a problem. This was, of course, after I called the company well over a dozen times and filed a complaint with the state contractors licensing board. At that point, they still refused to do anything about the complaint and I had to contact Pebble Tec directly and have a rep from the product look at my pool with the owner, Kieth Harbeck. They tried to address my issues, but ultimately, addressed only 2 of my 3 complaints. In the end, I still have a hole in the wall of my pool under my light and a step an LP) might be able to stand on. Good luck if you ever have these guys do your work. Poor quality, poor professionalism, poor attention to detail, and poor corporate responsibility. I could have done this job. more
