I have always had excellent experience with the service department at Performance BMW. Appointments are made on line and my service advisor was always ready for my car when I arrived. The car has been serviced in good time and has always come back to me very clean and ready to go. This experience has include 3 BMWs and I would highly recommend Performance BMW. more

Courteous Sales Dept. 4/24/2012

This is my first BMW (X6). I am excited about my vehicle, and yes, after driving a luxury foreign car for the first time, I can honestly say I can feel the difference. The service team were very courteous and patient with my family and I and very informative as well. more

Overpriced Double the price than closest dealer 4/17/2012

Took my 2001 325xi in for service and I received a call from my advisor Ashley Walker saying that I needed cv boots, oil pan gasket and rear diff resealed. He said that if I didn't have these replaced I could end up on the side of the road, having to get my car towed to a service facility. Well, I told him to complete the work. It was done the following day but my bill was expensive. Two weeks later I had a flat and was near Leith BMW and took it there to be fixed. As they were fixing my flat I asked them how much it would of been for the same service and to my shock it would have been almost half the price. I will never take my car to Performance. Not only did I get ripped off I feel that Ashley lied to get me to buy the work. more

Nice people and work hard to please 3/12/2012

I'm on my 3rd BMW (happy with each), so I've come to know the service department at Performance BMW well, fortunately, mostly for scheduled service. This Friday evening I had an acute event, and they fit me in Saturday morning. Maurice Bryant, my ""counselor"", is great - almost reason to drop in to visit on principle. In any case, I had a problem with VANOS system, which they repaired per protocol. It took a few hours while I waited and read a book. The time was as advertised, I was updated regularly, and things seem fine. They've been consistent, and I've been pleased. I can recommend, and I'll be back. more

Impressive Customer Service 3/12/2012

I've never bought a BMW before, but have owned several vehicles, most of them new. I half expected to be hurried through the purchasing experience once the salesman discovered I wasn't buying new. That could not be farther from the truth! The salesman educated me on all of the bells and whistles that a BMW has. He met with me near the end of closing time, and stayed late just to help me. When we discovered our closing would take us past the closing time of the detailing shop, he came to my work a couple days later, picked up my car and took it to be detailed and filled with gas, then returned it. These folks are all so very helpful and polite, well beyond what I've ever experienced before. more

I had several peers of mine recommend Performance BMW and now that I'm the proud new owner of a 328i I can understand why they made the recommendations. The sales department was very knowledgeable and the service department has been top notch! I'm glad I made the decision to drive across Wake county to Chapel Hill to deal with Performance. more

After many years of using the service department at Leith, I made the switch to Performance. From the moment I arrived I knew that I had made the right decision. Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and went out of their way to accommodate me. Great Dealership 2/4/2012

We went to Performance BMW at the advice of a friend and BMW owner. After a test drive with two different 335i's, We found the vehicle we wanted. It was located at another dealership located over 200 miles away and the Performance team picked the car up at no charge and kept me up to date. This is our first BMW, so the our sales person took almost an hour walking through the functions of the vehicle and answering all our questions. The entire staff is friendly and made it a point to discuss our car and share their knowledge to make our ownership something special. more

absolutely wonderful 1/26/2012

took my m3 for service. was expecting them to treat me like a no body since i am younger than most bmw owners. as soon as i pulled up there was a man there greeting me and led me in the direction i was supposed to go. the service was extensive so it was going to take the entire day. they put me in a rental paid for by them so i could go on about my business which was a tremendous help. i recieved two phone calls that day updating me about the status of my car which was wonderful as well. i came back the next day and i was ready to go. more than 5 people that worked there introduced themselves to me which was pleasant as well. they went over the car with me when i came back and i was ready. absolutely a great time with the employees and they did an outstanding job in the servicing of my vehichle. i will only take my bmw there and will buy one from there soon. i will add that they have quite a few dealerships and they all rock. cant wait to trade more

Performance BMW 1/26/2012

Just had my BMW serviced at Performance, and told my wife that I was still coming down from the Performance High that I get every time I visit them. I have never had a vehicle that did not leave a bad taste in your mouth when taking the car in for service, until now. My service advisor (Patricia) is fun to talk with, and has always been honest and knowledgeable when I throw questions at her. I would highly recommend this place. more

When buying a car there is nothing more important than the service your dealership provides after the sale. The #1 reason I have retiurned to Performance BMW to buy a second car here is due to their customer service. I am on my 4th BMW and have worked w/ 5 different dealerships throughout the East coast and the Chicago area. My experience at Performance is head and shoulders above all the other BMW dealerships. When i recently moved back to the Raleigh area it was time to trade in my 11 year old car and start new again. You are treated like you are the only customer and their goal when servicing your vehicle is to get you in and out of their shop as fast as possible. Next day appointments, shhuttle service back and forth to work (RTP), whatever is best for you. I have even shown up unannounced on a busy day needing my oil topped off - w/i 30 seconds I am greeted and asked if I have been helped, the service manager was unable to find a technician so she put on some gloves, grabbed 2 quarts of oil and did it herself - then handed me my keys w/o charging me and told me to have a great day. Exceeding expectations at every turn - an examplery dealership that understands the value of service - you win my business every day! Awesome cars and service to match. more

Great Sales Experience 12/27/2011

Just bought a new car from Performance. I worked with Bob W on the internet side and he did a great job for me. the sales team there is great and the whole process was super easy and consultative (not pushy). I have worked in various IT Solution sales for years so I know how things can be. I don't enjoy when sales folks try to go for the close at every meeting and they definitely did not do that at Performance. Also, they did not try to put me in the wrong car for me to accelerate the sales cycle. They are eager to sell their product of course but their approach is a good one. Very Positive Experience 11/16/2011

I have been dealing with Performance BMW for over ten years. Up until recently I owned an older model BMW that I very much enjoyed driving. Like all things as they age, the car was beginning to surprise me with unexpected maintenance needs. I had an ongoing dialogue with Patricia, my service manager, about determining the point at which it no longer made sense to throw more money at a deteriorating situation. She did and treated me the way she would like to be treated herself. That is what customer service is all about and is why I purchased another BMW from Performance. more
