I've never bought a BMW before, but have owned several vehicles, most of them new. I half expected to be hurried through the purchasing experience once the salesman discovered I wasn't buying new. That could not be farther from the truth! The salesman educated me on all of the bells and whistles that a BMW has. He met with me near the end of closing time, and stayed late just to help me. When we discovered our closing would take us past the closing time of the detailing shop, he came to my work a couple days later, picked up my car and took it to be detailed and filled with gas, then returned it. These folks are all so very helpful and polite, well beyond what I've ever experienced before.
