Took my 2001 325xi in for service and I received a call from my advisor Ashley Walker saying that I needed cv boots, oil pan gasket and rear diff resealed. He said that if I didn't have these replaced I could end up on the side of the road, having to get my car towed to a service facility. Well, I told him to complete the work. It was done the following day but my bill was expensive. Two weeks later I had a flat and was near Leith BMW and took it there to be fixed. As they were fixing my flat I asked them how much it would of been for the same service and to my shock it would have been almost half the price. I will never take my car to Performance. Not only did I get ripped off I feel that Ashley lied to get me to buy the work.
