When buying a car there is nothing more important than the service your dealership provides after the sale. The #1 reason I have retiurned to Performance BMW to buy a second car here is due to their customer service. I am on my 4th BMW and have worked w/ 5 different dealerships throughout the East coast and the Chicago area. My experience at Performance is head and shoulders above all the other BMW dealerships. When i recently moved back to the Raleigh area it was time to trade in my 11 year old car and start new again. You are treated like you are the only customer and their goal when servicing your vehicle is to get you in and out of their shop as fast as possible. Next day appointments, shhuttle service back and forth to work (RTP), whatever is best for you. I have even shown up unannounced on a busy day needing my oil topped off - w/i 30 seconds I am greeted and asked if I have been helped, the service manager was unable to find a technician so she put on some gloves, grabbed 2 quarts of oil and did it herself - then handed me my keys w/o charging me and told me to have a great day.
