I had to have my whole house repiped as the pipes were old and failing. Charles Saulus and his team were exceptional in their job performance and attitude towards their job. I am more than satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. They made their presence in my home and this situation much less painful for me. more

While an emergency call to a plumber is less painful than a trip to the dentist the mental pain is right up there with a visit from the IRS. The other evening at the most inopportune time I discovered my house drain was completely plugged up. After an hour or so trying the clear it myself it was evident that this was beyond my abilities and made a call to a local referral service. The firs plumber to respond said they could be at my house in a few hours. They didn't show or call. After the fact I am really glad the other company didn't show. The issue was much more involved than a standard Roto Router job. The next morning I called Mike Counsel Plumbing and they responded within a half hour. The two technicians, Paul, and Eric were wearing clean company uniforms, were polite, knowledgable and hard working. Their truck and all equipment was sparkling clean. The issue was much bigger than I had thought and required digging down to the out going drain pipe cutting a hole in it and using a camera to see what we were dealing with. Once the two stoppages were identified they got to work and cleared the blockage and installed a two way drain clean out. They spent about 7 or 8 hours and did a great job. Have a plumbing emergency and no water in the entire house. Set up an appointment and 1 hr before they're supposed to be here, they call an cancel. I wait 3 hrs for them to say we aren't going to make it today. This is how they treat customers without water? If they're this incompetent before they even get to you, imagine how bad a job they do if they ever make it out. more

Mat, Cornelius and Jorge were skillful, diligent, respectful, responsible, professional, and the icing on the cake: very nice human beings. They were accommodating, projected trustworthiness and were confidence-building to us, their clients. My daughter had recommended them to us for the very same qualities. Charles was my key contact who checked out my issues and made recommendations and he was detailed, knowledgeable and very professional and with a great attitude. Charles along with George and another plumber (sorry, forget the name) fixed my long standing issues efficiently and left everything clean. They also gave utmost consideration for my special requests of keeping dust minimum while doing their work and they took great pains to cover everything and take my request seriously. Great attitude. I had a couple of very minor changes post install and Charles came in to fix them right away and stood behind their work. I was quoted a price of $826.55 for a 4-5 hour job. An 8' trench with conduit had to be added for which I was not give a price beforehand. Then I was charged an additional $949. at the conclusion for an 8' trench that took maybe 45 min. to an hour to do. For this I was very disappointed. more

In short, it was discovered that the PRV had failed, resulting in the water pressure inside the house becoming to high. As a result, our water heater began to leak, and, in turn fail. Charles and Bobby were the Techs that came out and replaced the PRV and water heater. While here, they made an adjustment to the water lines, supply and return, to the water heather, which has a recirculating pump on it. All in all, wonderful! My go to plumbers. more
