Randy did a fine job. He was curtious and when he was finished, he cleaned up and put everything back the way it was as best he could considering that he had to tear up the lawn to put in a copper pipe from the street to the house. Everything is working well now. more

Randy pointed out the new toilet lid in a carton within the big toilet carton (which we had missed). He removed the old toilet, installed the new toilet, sealed the base, and checked a dripping faucet, finding that it need a new cold-water cartridge in the valve. He was also careful to wear booties whenever he was in the house, to avoid bringing in any dirt. He is also friendly and polite, a really nice guy. more

Randy was at my home today to clear a bathtub drain. He was courteouse, professional and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes the problem was solved. He covered the area in which he was working and when he left, everything was spotless. I will call this company again. more

I thought I had an issue with my water heater not getting hot, so I called Mike Counsil Plumbing who had recently installed a new water heater for us. They sent Randy out that day at a time that was convenient for me at no charge. Randy was able to detect the issue, which was not the water heater, but an old part which circulates the heated water through the pipes. I said I will monitor the problem and wait awhile to evaluate the need for replacing. I asked if Randy had time to checked on a couple other plumbing issues we were having, which he did also at no charge. Our faucet was leaking and he diagnosed that it was in our faucet not the pipes. It's a double sink, so he took a picture to see if he would be able to match up the faucet with our other faucet from our non leaking sink. He then checked on the flap in our toilet which wasn't sealing right so the toilet would self-flush every 30 minutes or so; he replaced our faulty flap with a new one. Efficiency is key; all of the service above was completed within 30 minutes. The service we received from Mike's Counsil Plumbing through Randy was outstanding. I plan on using Mike Counsil Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. One last note: I forgot to mention that the receptionist/phone scheduler was very polite, professional and efficient as well. more

Mike Counsil Plumbing has been very good. I have called them a couple of times to come out for a toilet that has been blocked. They ran the line with a camera and told me that in the middle of the street where the main pipes are there is a blockage. They told me that if it happens again I should call the city because they need to come out and remove whatever is growing into the pipe. They have also replace a shower head for me. My shower unit broke, and they replaced it for me. Their service, as far as I am concerned, is outstanding. They come as soon as I call and within the hour of the give time estimate. The thing I like about them is that they wear protection under their shoes when they come in my home. I get quotes from other companies too, but I go with Mike Counsil because I like their service, and the people they send out are very knowledgeable. more

Mike Counsil Plumbing was clean, neat, and very professional. The job was well done, and I have no complaints. They re-piped my house with copper and put in a tankless water heater. Had a faucet go out on me and the whole bathroom was wet and the water wouldn't stop (I honestly don't know where the main was until I called my husband). Pros: Fast response and great service Cons: Kinda pricey more

We had a badly clogged restroom. The normal plumbers were able to get it going but it would clog again. The Council team cleaned the pipes all the way to the sewer and the water is still flowing. Everyone was finally happy in the office. more
