While an emergency call to a plumber is less painful than a trip to the dentist the mental pain is right up there with a visit from the IRS.
The other evening at the most inopportune time I discovered my house drain was completely plugged up.
After an hour or so trying the clear it myself it was evident that this was beyond my abilities and made a call to a local referral service. The firs plumber to respond said they could be at my house in a few hours. They didn't show or call. After the fact I am really glad the other company didn't show. The issue was much more involved than a standard Roto Router job.
The next morning I called Mike Counsel Plumbing and they responded within a half hour.
The two technicians, Paul, and Eric were wearing clean company uniforms, were polite, knowledgable and hard working. Their truck and all equipment was sparkling clean.
The issue was much bigger than I had thought and required digging down to the out going drain pipe cutting a hole in it and using a camera to see what we were dealing with. Once the two stoppages were identified they got to work and cleared the blockage and installed a two way drain clean out.
They spent about 7 or 8 hours and did a great job.
This is the first testimonial letter I have ever written.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
