Charles was my key contact who checked out my issues and made recommendations and he was detailed, knowledgeable and very professional and with a great attitude.
Charles along with George and another plumber (sorry, forget the name) fixed my long standing issues efficiently and left everything clean. They also gave utmost consideration for my special requests of keeping dust minimum while doing their work and they took great pains to cover everything and take my request seriously.
Great attitude. I had a couple of very minor changes post install and Charles came in to fix them right away and stood behind their work. Also, the entire experience starting from me calling the main office upto getting the job done has been a smooth experience where the team seems to be really walking their talk.
