Reggie D. came in a timely manner after a request was made for a service person to come and inspect my furnace. He came prepared with the proper equipment to diagnose the problem with the furnace and repair and replace the faulty element. He explained what he was doing. He gave a summary of the parts of the furnace. He installed an air filter and cleaned one of the heating elements. Most of all he immediately restored heat to the house by installing an igniter. The former igniter did not light and caused cold air to blow from the furnace. He was professional. He explained the company's offers of having the furnace serviced and inspected.
