Carlos Reed is a superb technician for Magnolia. A true professional. He performed a very important job fixing my broken HVAC system very efficiently. He responded to my service call on Sunday, quickly identified the problem, and took immediate action to solve the problem. He obtained the new part within one business day and returned to install the part the next day. The system is now operational. Carlos was a pleasure to work with.
