Our boiler stopped working in 19 degree weather late on a Friday night. Sean came on Sat., got the boiler running, and stayed to make sure all of the radiators were working. 4 hours later it shut itself off again. Sean came back, stayed until 8 pm on a Saturday night, fixed the heater and promised to come back if it shut off again. It didn't, but he called on Sunday to check on us. Throughout, Sean was kind, polite and candid about what he could and couldn't do. I will continue to call on Magnolia and always ask for Sean!
