Saied arrived during the scheduled time window. He introduced himself in a very professional manner, listened carefully and got right to work. He was very thorough and courteous. He explained what the problem was very well and provided a quote and emailed it to me on site. I feel like the quote is accurate and priced correctly. It was however higher than I expected. But again, Saied did a good job.
