This was my very first appointment with Magnolia and I was very excited when they were referred to me. I had never experienced a gas leak before. So the quick response for an appointment put my mind at ease.
The first 45 minutes started out a little Rocky and I apologized . My recommendation is to make sure all supplies are on the truck that you will be using to provide the services before the truck pulls from this shop. Or atleast ask more questions prior to scheduling the appointment.I was truly educated today. Other than that my service tech went beyond the call of duty. He had to leave my home to get a specific hose size needed for my range that was not on the truck. I got very nervous because I had another engagement right after. He made it back in a timely manner so that I could make my next appointment replaced my hose and checked to make sure everything worked before he departed my home.I am a homeowner and on the condo board where I live. I will let the other condo board member know of the good customer service that was provided to me today.So it started out rough but at the end I was truly satisfied. And let him know the tips I was given for my toilet worked!!
