We were very disappointed with the service that we received at the new Brookdale Honda. They seem to be understaffed and/or inept. We had to bring our car in twice in the past three weeks. The first time, it took two hours longer to diagnose and fix the problem than we were told and cost $100 more than the original estimate. A week later the car started making a banging noise so we brought it back to the dealership. They told us it would take an hour to diagnose. After three hours we hadn't heard anything, so we called them. They had not looked at the car yet. When we finally got the estimate an hour later, they claimed that the car needed $450 worth of work on the brakes. It was something they should have found when we brought it in the first time. We took it to a different service center to get a second opinion. They said that the brakes were fine and did not need $450 worth of work. I would recommend NOT bringing your vehicle for service at Brookdale Honda!
