Review content:
Test drove a pre-owned vehicle that I was interested in at this dealership. When I told the sales person 'PJ' I'm not ready to decide yet and asked him to appraise my truck for trade in value to help my purchase decision, the sales person was not pleased and said they usually do that only if a customer is ready to buy. When I insisted, he acted like he started the process and took my key. 2 minutes later a 'manager' came to me and gave me some stupid excuses as to why he can't appraise my truck unless I'm buying the car at this moment. This is so ridiculus and unprofessional.
