Great Customer Service 5/6/2016

My Ford Focus broke down on I-5, near to the dealership. I had AAA tow me into the service department and was relieved to find it still open. I gave the keys to the Orange Team manager and explained what the problem was. Next day i got a call from Kyle that it wasn't serious and it would be ready to pick up the next morning. I expected the worst but was thrilled that it was just a small part.Kyle did a great job explaining what happened. I picked up my car and went on my way, barely inconvenienced. more

Since 1981 I have purchased all of my cars from Landmark Ford. This time Diane Pohl helped me with an order for a 2016 Fusion. The price was right and I did not have to haggle. The car arrived as ordered. I am very happy with the new car and the service Diane provide. Next time I need a new car it will be from Landmark and Diane Pohl. more

Conan was very patient with my wife and I as we looked at every F150 on you lot and test drove several. Once we honed in on 2-3 vehicles, Conan and the Manager provided the cost on three different vehicles. We eventually selected the more expensive F150 of our three finalist. At the end of the first day, we had to leave to take care of our dogs. Again Conan was very patient and understanding with no pressure. We were back the following day to completer the paper work and take our new F150 home. We appreciated Conan's patients and no pressure approach. We will definately recommend friends to Landmark Ford. more

Outstanding! 4/4/2016

Diane was marvelous. She helped me from her first email all the way through the purchase. No strong arming, just care and friendship. My husband, a retail manager for 35 years, said she was extremely professional without being cold or pushy, an exceptional recommendation from him. Diane saw to it that everything was efficient and speedy. She even followed up with a call to see if we were happy with the car after driving it home in rush hour traffic. Boy, we sure are! more
