Marc, Dave and Wayne did a great job installing a new furnace and air conditioning system. They were very careful to not damage floors or walls in a very tight area. Great job guys and thanks. more

Very good service. He kept updating me with when he would be coming so I wasn't left to wonder and wait for unnecessary amount of time. He explained the problem thoroughly and allowed me the opportunity to ask questions. He also explained other services that were provided. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking! more

Awesome Job! 11/4/2015

Have had an issue with my furnace humidifier for past 2 years and Norm at Kotz found 3 issues and made his recommendations. I had him go ahead and fix everything and now the humidifier works like new. Thank you Norm! more

Annual Service Plan Check Up & Installation of Surge Protector 10/19/2015

Troy was extremely prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable about Kotz Heating and Cooling Services. Troy also installed a surge protector for us on our new furnace to assist in protecting the electronics in our new furncace. Thank you. more

Furnace Inspection 10/3/2015

Matt recently inspected our furnace. He explained what he was doing and why. Not only did he clean and inspect the furnace, he gave me valuable information about CO2 detectors, the humidifier, the pros and cons of purchasing a new furnace, (ours is from 1997) air purifiers and how to accurately check the temperature in each room (use a meat thermometer in the vent). Kotz Heating is also generously sending Lourdes Senior Community a $10 donation. more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KOTZ HEATING AND COOLING. MATT CAME FOR FURNANCE MAINTENANCE. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND PATIENT AND EXPLAINED ALL MY CONCERNS.
