Kotz Heating Cooling and Plumbing is the best! Frank treats his customers as family and his employees seem to like working at his company. Amanda is a wonderful representative of Kotz. She is cheerful and you know she genuinely respects you as a customer. Amanda does her best to accommodate when scheduling, which can be a delicate dance for both the company and the customer. Chris was our inspector - thorough, pleasant and took his time to make sure everything was gone over. No slap dash inspections with this company. Chris also let me know of a part that may require replacement soon, but there was no pressure to replace it immediately. We are on the yearly maintenance plan with Kotz. Yes, it is extra dollars, but when it comes to high-end investments of boiler, air conditioning unit and dehumidifier, the peace of mind and extra discount is well worth it. If you need honest, well-done professional work, Kotz's heating, cooling and plumbing (Brinkers) is the company I highly recommend.
