ACFurnace Repair 8/21/2014

Both Jill and Joe were very professional in the scheduling and repair of my units. Joe was on time and prepared for the appointment. Though I did end up purchasing a maintenance plan, I didn't feel any particular pressure to do so. Hopefully, in the long run, I will have spent money to save money. more

Kotz Heating and Air Conditioning 8/16/2014

Michael, the service man came out at the designated time and was able to repair the problems we had with our furnace and water heater after our basement flooded. He was professional and honest in his opinion of what could be wrong and what he could repair. As it turned out he was able to fix both problems. Because of the prompt, professional and courteous service we signed up for a maintenance package with this company on the spot. more

Joe is an excellent technician who is patient and informative. Kotz installed my central air system, and I have been very pleased with the results. I recommend this company and this technician to anyone with an historic home looking for HVAC professionals. more

Mike was the tech that tuned up my a/c and answered my questions so patiently' From my phone call to Jill at KOTZ to set up the appt to Mike who was in my home yesterday I have to say how nice and considerate they both were. Kotz Heating and Air Conditioning 6/7/2014

My dad always went to Brinker's for plumbing and Kotz for heating and air conditioning. Before he passed away, he said that we should always use these companies and no others as they were trustworthy and stood by their work. We were thrilled when they become one unified company under Kotz ownership. Troy just completed our semi annual heating/AC check up and did an excellent job. Consummate professionals. We are signed up for a 3-yr maintenance program. Wouldn't go anywhere else! more

Professional and Knowledgeable 5/22/2014

Norm has serviced my furnace and air conditioning unit a number of times. I honestly can't say enough about how thorough and professional he was. He answered all my questions honestly and didn't try and sell me more than I needed. He also had done such a good job on my 18 year old air conditioning unit over the past few years I've been able to hold off getting a new one just yet :) I would highly recommend Kotz and Norm to anyone looking for superior service in this industry.
