Matt recently inspected our furnace. He explained what he was doing and why. Not only did he clean and inspect the furnace, he gave me valuable information about CO2 detectors, the humidifier, the pros and cons of purchasing a new furnace, (ours is from 1997) air purifiers and how to accurately check the temperature in each room (use a meat thermometer in the vent). Kotz Heating is also generously sending Lourdes Senior Community a $10 donation.
