From Hot to Cold! 8/4/2016

Our A/C stop working, we called Kotz and got Anthony who was on-time, very professional, took time to explain and educate and fixed our unit and offered us service options for the future. Based on his service; we are now back in the COLD! Thanks Anthony and Kotz! more

Hot water Heater 7/28/2016

Troy is the nice young man who came to our house to do a check up on our air conditioner. He was efficient and personable and right on time. He also has a great sense of humor. When I called for AC repair I thought it would be a money ripoff but with a prayer I got the best person ever to do the job. He calmed me down and explained all the workings to me and took the pressure away....He is a credit to the company...Thanks again Joe more

Both Charles and Norm were very courteous and informative. Explained the functioning of the furnace/AC and suggested a maintenance schedule to follow in terms of how often to change airfilters and preventative maintenance. Both very professional and worked well together. more
