no heat service call 1/27/2017

Kotz was the only heating and cooling company that would respond to our emergency call on a Sat. evening during a 10degree weekend. Joe was very polite, experienced and enjoyable to have in our house even though he was at the end of a very long day. We will be using Kotz in the future more

Kotz made tight fit for water heater install a breeze 12/15/2016

Mark R. from Kotz recently installed a water heater for me and despite a tight fit to get the water heater past the furnace, he worked his magic. His work and his attitude were very professional and he left my house as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. Their pricing can be expensive, but I was satisfied and believe in this case you get what you pay for and probably shouldn't cut corners on a job like this. Would call Kotz for future work at my house. more

Quick response, thorough check of furnace, had replacements parts with him and had it up and running in a short time. Gave very good presentation of Kotz's maintenance program with instant savings along with possible future savings. Highly recommended. more

The maintenance specialist named Charles was very capable and a true gentleman as well. Excellent Service 11/18/2016

I can not say enough about the service I receive from Kotz Heating. I have a service agreement with them so I have them over every 6 months to check out the furnace/air. Every time I have either Troy or Matt who are very good service reps. This time they had to send Dave because Matt was sick. Dave was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate all the service reps. at Kotz they are all very good. My hat goes off to Dave this time around. Keep up the good work. Kotz should be very proud of the service reps. they have working for them. They are an asset to their department. more
