Kotz always does a great job for me. Have been using them at my home and rental property for several years now. This time, Matt did an excellent job inspecting and cleaning my A/C. more

SERVICE REVIEW FOR DAVE R. 4/4/2016

We were very please with Dave's Technical Knowledge and we appreciated that he was so accommodating when we could not meet with him at our original appointment time. Dave is very personable and was able and willing to answer our questions. His recommendations about parts replacement and upgrading our heating unit were most welcomed. furnace inspection 3/7/2016

Called prior to arrival. Arrived at time I was told. Covered shoes with footie before entering home. Sat down with me and explained service provided and recommendations. Very professional. Speaks highly of his company and it shows in his work. more

Excellent service 2/18/2016

Dave contacted me as promised 15-20 minutes before his arrival. He was professional and courteous. He completed his inspection and discussed several options for me to consider for future furnace repairs. While he did explain the benefits of several services and a renewal of my service contract, I never felt "pressured" to sign off on any additional costs at this time. more

Kotz comes through and provides an EXCELLENT Experience 1/8/2016

As mentioned in a previous post; Kotz was selected to install a replacement furnace for us. The sales and interactions up to install date were second to none. On delivery day they showed up during the window given, the installer introduced himself, took steps to ensure no damage to our wood floor through the foyer would occur and begin the install process. Through-out the install he kept us updated, made sure everything was done according to what was agreed. In addition; to recommending a few things and educating us. After the install was complete he cleaned up everything, went over the operation and paperwork and thank us for our business. Dave M. is a rare find; he did an excellent job for us and I would recommend any use Kotz. more

Furnace winter maintenance 12/28/2015

Chris came into my home to do my winter maintenance on my furnace. He was very polite and very professional. Did the necessary work and checkup on my furnace and was gone very quickly. Totally pleased! more
