Review content:
As mentioned in a previous post; Kotz was selected to install a replacement furnace for us. The sales and interactions up to install date were second to none. On delivery day they showed up during the window given, the installer introduced himself, took steps to ensure no damage to our wood floor through the foyer would occur and begin the install process. Through-out the install he kept us updated, made sure everything was done according to what was agreed. In addition; to recommending a few things and educating us. After the install was complete he cleaned up everything, went over the operation and paperwork and thank us for our business. Dave M. is a rare find; he did an excellent job for us and I would recommend any use Kotz.
