Tom can to our house on Sunday to check out why we had no hot water. He was very professional and through. In no time at all he found the problem and fixed it. Kotz should be very happy with this employee as he is a good man at his job. And on a Sunday no less! Thank you very much Tom. We really appreciate your promptness and the fine job you did. Norm's visit for maintenance on both ac unit and boiler 6/26/2017

Norm called a head of time and got to work as soon as he stepped out of his vehicle. He was very professional and walked me through all my questions about the systems that made is easy for me to understand. His recommendations were based on his knowledge and experience and we are looking forward to seeing him in the fall. more

Tech called to say ahead of schedule so he came early with my permission. Great. All maintenance procedures were completed in about an hour. Charles was friendly, explained everything, and seemed quite knowledgeable and efficient. Another good experience with the Kotz Team. more

Water Heater 6/10/2017

Chris was punctual and very professional. He worked steadily and efficiently to install the new water heater. He answered all of my questions and showed me how everything works. He completed everything in just over 2 hours. I am very satisfied with the response from Kotz and the work of Chris the technician. Another good experience for me with Kotz. more

Matt checked out our AC and declared ready for the summer. He checked everything and sealed up a leak in the air way. He provided excellent and friendly service. We signed an extended contract to continue service with our heating and AC. more

Kotz is a business you can depend on. Matt is the best!!! He knows what he`s doing and is so nice and always dependable. Matt wont try to sell you something you don`t need/can`t afford and to me that is a huge thing, I trust Matt and always will request him for heating/cooling issues. more
