Chris Flores is the BEST! 9/5/2013

Amazing customer service from Chris Flores - he even picked up our car on his day off so that we could get it the day after we purchased is rather than waiting several days! On top of that, he called in a tech when the service department was closed to get our car serviced prior to us arriving to pick it up!!! Chris went above and beyond our expectations - we will always refer to him for future purchases and will encourage our family and friends to do so as well:) more

Worse service ever. 0 out of 5 9/2/2013

They told me my car needed new brakes which I paid, but a week later my brakes starting making a noise again, I brought the car back, told me it was perfect. A few days later I kept hearing the noise. I don't trust their service dept. I ended up changing my car out of fear of ruining my summer with bad brakes. more

warning light 8/31/2013

Service engine soon light came on less than 600 miles after a regular service. Caused by a solenoid in emissions control system. All seems fine now. more

Amazing team of of experts!!! 8/30/2013

My husband and I made the long commute to Kirkland GMC in an effort to get out of our current car situation. Andy worked his magic on our trade while Jason showed us all our options. We fell in love with the 2013 Terrain and Andy, Jason and B.G. made it happen!! Thank you all so much!! We will be back! more
