Made purchasing my first new vehicle as simple as it could. No pressure from sales staff, willing to let my kids go on the test drive, and great follow through after the purchase. Would definitely recommend working with James Scott. more

Honors appointment and pick-up times 10/2/2013

As has been the case over the last 7 years, my appointment and pick-up time for the vehicle went smoothly. Not being a mechanic myself, as far as I can tell, workmanship was good, if not excellent. It would be nice if their rates (labor/parts) were a little less expensive. more

As always, Jeremy and his service crew came through for me. I thought my 2004 Rainier was a goner, not so. Jeremy found the problem and had it fixed! I have nothing but good things to say about Kirkland Buick GMC. They're the only service department that's every touched my Rainier and will continue to be so. more

Personable, Professional, Efficient 9/29/2013

Gwen at the service desk and the gentleman who drives the shuttle were great! However, I gave 3 stars b/c I did't get to speak directly with the mechanic, which I think is key when considering major maintenance. I didn't agree or feel confident with the diagnosis. Additionally the pricing was outrageous! The little work I had done I believe I was overpriced. I should have done more research. I won't say I won't come back it's just it wouldn't be my first choice for regular maintenance. Just Too Expensive. more

Awesome Sales Staff 9/16/2013
