Left Oil residue on the Drivers door. Washed the car in parts, one side of windshield clean one side still dirty (Totally Missed this). Washed the rest of the car in strips, som...

Bluetooth 8/19/2013

Only gave a 3 rating b/c I came on a Friday b/c Bluetooth was not working optimally and I was told I had to come back b/c the computers don't work great on Fridays so had to come back again on Monday for 2-3 hours while the Bluetooth was updated. Would have preferred to only make one visit - which was supposed to be the 1,000 mile check up. Check up only took 15 minutes. more

overall another good job 8/17/2013

Kirkland Buick GMC has been easy to work with and helpful with all that needs to be done on my 2007 Denali Yukon. The waiting time seemed a bit long this visit, but perhaps it was necessary to check out the entire car to ensure another 5000 of excellent service. Overall, I'd highly recommend this dealership. more

the service I had received was great, I cam for oil change 45 minutes late , but they took my car to service right away, hour and the half later I have the car back with some recommendation for future services. as well as washed my car. great service. more

I'm in the process of selling this car to a senior citizen and didn't want them to have any problems. Jim watson, quinn and the maintenance staff gave me back a beautiful car. they fixed everything I asked them to do and gave it to the detailers ,who made it look almost new. I truely appreciate the service you have given me with my cars and will continue to come back. I have given the names of all those who have serviced this car to the new owner and she says she will be bring ing the car back as well. more

Everyone at Kirkland Buick was eager to help, very friendly, and made us feel welcome right away. Our car was parked out front ready to go, and we were given a thorough introduction to how everything worked. Our salesperson, Dave A., couldn't have been more patient in answering our many questions. All together, it was a very professional and pleasant experience. more

Lease buyout 8/3/2013

My experience was very poor and I later found out that the dealership did not offer me the two options available, one is to buy the car from Ally and he other (one they did) is to buy it from Kirkland GMC. The way BG did the transition not only cost me more money, it is going to take 3 to 12 weeks to get my title. If they would have done the purchase directly through Ally, I would have received the title in 3 to 5 days. Very disappointing to say the least... more

I have been dealing with the finest service people I have ever dealt with, honest, hard working thorough and down to earth. I have sent family, friends and even skeptics. All have been nothing but 100% happy. I thought I would try the sales guys to see if all the goodness stopped in the back end. I found when dealing with the sales people and managers it was as good, if not better than the service folks. It truly was the best new vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. I felt everyone took the time I needed to make the best choice possible, as well as, treating me with respect and making the purchase experience relaxed and enjoyable. Real pros these guys are, try them they really are the best!!!! more

Yukon XL Service 8/2/2013

My Yukon XL was in for another service for a failed cylinder. Since the truck was now out of warranty, the cost was substantial. During this process, Jeremy worked with me along with GM's appeal process and through this effort, was able to negotiate a substantial discount from GM in spite of no warranty coverage. The repair took most of a week and through this, I would get regular calls from Jeremy about the status. He was on top of it all the time and I was never concerned that he wasn't looking out for me at all times. This is a great dealer service department. more
