Worst

Left Oil residue on the Drivers door. Washed the car in parts, one side of windshield clean one side still dirty (Totally Missed this). Washed the rest of the car in strips, som...

Everyone was pleasant to work with. No pressure and received great service. Car buying is never a fun thing to do for me, but I like the style at this dealership - flexible, willing to work with you. more

Friendly knowledgeable sales staff with not much pressure applied to buy. Very through explanation (and help setting up the Bluetooth) of the new vehicles many complex systems. The finance person was very friendly and helpful. It's to soon to evaluate the service department. more

Oil Change 3/14/2014

Left Oil residue on the Drivers door. Washed the car in parts, one side of windshield clean one side still dirty (Totally Missed this). Washed the rest of the car in strips, some clean others not, had to touch up car when I got home, either completely wash it or DO NOT BOTHER, but do not halfway wash it. It actually looked worse when it dried than it did going into the dealership. Left Oil residue on the engine, as I drove from the dealership, I could smell burning oil more

My 2004 Rainier 3/2/2014

I bought my Rainier at Kirkland Buick GMC and their service department is the only one that's ever serviced/work on it. Their customer service is exemplary and their work is alwasy completed on time and to my satisfaction. They must be doing it right, because my Rainier just turned 132K. Special kudos to Jeremy and his staff in the Service Department. more
