Worst

Left Oil residue on the Drivers door. Washed the car in parts, one side of windshield clean one side still dirty (Totally Missed this). Washed the rest of the car in strips, som...

Getting too expensive for oil changes. $75.00 for an oil change is too much. I guess I will need to start going to Pennzoil. more

My family has been very pleased with the change in ownership on the sales side of the dealership and would recommend anyone looking for a car/truck to stop by. This was a very pleasant buying experience. From the beginning, Josh Benedict and Jeff McDonald really wanted to earn my business. I was going to use a supplier pricing deal on the 2014 GMC Acadia Denali we were looking at, but they suggested using the Costco auto program, which gave me the same price and incentives as the other plan , but included a $500 Costco gift card! What a deal! Our finance experience was great as well, with no undue pressure to buy a bunch of extras, although we did opt for the GM Protection Plan extended warranty- after having one on a previous GM vehicle, we know what a great value that warranty is. more

in for oil change etc. Promised in 1 1/4 hour and delivered as promised. Enjoyed looking at the new cars in the interim. Everyone very nice!!!! more

Even when a brand new replacement body module didn't work, you replaced that and offered us a rental (which we didn't need). The Christmas card with a discount helped with the bill. You had to deal with a grumpy husband who doesn't like having his possessions out of his sight and you did it with patience and grace. more

Jeremy took the time to put a price list together for me which was more than $120 less than the one from integrity automotive. it might be more than that if we factored in they were going to use after market parts. he was very helpful and timely..
