Left Oil residue on the Drivers door. Washed the car in parts, one side of windshield clean one side still dirty (Totally Missed this). Washed the rest of the car in strips, som...

My problem is with my Acadia, not the service. There is a little yellow plastic part that is supposed to hold the rubber gasket on the floor of the car in place. The gasket constantly keeps coming off the littl part leaving the gasket loose. I've been afraid it will tear because it's loose. Jim's people put a little glue on it and I hope that fixes the problem. If it doesn't, and a tear happens, I expect GMC to replace any broken part at no cost to me for replacement parts or service. Jim has said he will "take care of my car" if a problem ensues and I believe him. Kirkland GMC's service is second to none! more

Great customer service/communication 1/15/2014

I had a great experience when I purchased my Acadia. The staff were friendly, helpful, communicated well, and didn't play any games that often occur at auto dealerships. They were flexible and worked with me on financing, trade-in value, etc. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. more
