Josephine's is a fabulous salon, with experienced, professional service. They also have special treatments like the super hand massages and relaxing aromatherapy during hair washing. Michelle has done a lovely job- her mum would be so proud of her :) more

Perfection every time 11/13/2011

For the past year Josephine's has been a terrific experience for me. I have always been taken care of very well by Tiffany and have never had a bad haircut or unpleasant experience. Very pleased with the attention to detail. more

INCREDIBLE SALON! 11/13/2011

I can NOT say enough good about this salon. I love the service I get every single time I go. I only go to Nareh. She is a GENIUS! She cut my long curly hair into a very cute Sarah Jessica Parker bob, and it is so amazing. I can't stop looking in the mirror! Nareh also colors my hair. I have never left the salon less than impressed. Back to the services......everytime you go you get aromatherapy, hand massage, and a hot conditioning mask for your hair-at NO extra charge! They also provide soft drinks, wines, mimosas, and water. I will never go to another salon again! Thanks Nareh!!! more

The gal that did my toenails today is the best I have ever had - I have ingrown nails and she not only cleaned them up - but there was no pain. Wow - what a wonderful feeling to not hurt!! more

I really like Josephine's. They have a nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They welcome you with tea, water, wine, etc when you walk in. The wait is never long with an appt. The hair wash feels great. The sinks have a head rest so your neck is not just hanging in the sink but supported. They also give you a complimentary hand message while getting shampooed. I always love my haircut, which is the most important. The prices are really good and it is a NO TIP salon, so the price really does stay low at checkout. more

I got my hair cut by Kim on Friday. She did an amazing job and cut it exactly how I wanted! I usually have trouble finding stylists that don't do exactly what I ask them to do. Kim gave my cut a lot of shape and texture, while keeping my length. Great experience! Will go to her again. more

staff are always really polite and helpful but the best thing, as an English person is that there is never that awkward moment while you have to work out tips as gratuities are not accepted. I love this system and think more places should follow josephines example. more

Great nails 11/4/2011

My nails look amazing, I love them. My only complaint is that she tears up my cuticles and makes me bleed. It hurts :( This is the 2nd time, hopefully next time is better. more

Great Salon with Talented Stylists! 11/3/2011

Wow...this is such a nice salon and spa. I just went for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very relaxing and you even get a free hand massage during your shampoo. Ashley cut my hair and did a great job. She listened to what I wanted and provided me with her feedback and helpful suggestions. My hair looked great when I left. I wish she could style my hair every day! more

Great stylist, poor desk service 11/2/2011

Holly was fabulous, she is five stars. Checking in, not so great. My web booking and phone call to confirm were both somehow lost, and the first lady I spoke with told me she had to verify that I "really" called. When I said "well, I'm not lying..." she ignored me and asked the manager if he spoke to me today, proving she hadn't even listened because I said I called yesterday. He was very nice and worked it out, no problem, but she needs a course in service. No one offered me anything to drink, which is out of character at Josephine's. But again, fabulous Holly made it right! more

Once again DZ came to the rescue ,I need to go overseas until January so called and luckily got an appointment with DZ .A styled cut and dry was all I needed and I left the salon feeling great Many thanks DZ and I booked my next appointments up until May next year !!! more

clients should receive more dedicated attention 10/31/2011

The stylists generally seem over-booked, and in a hurry to finish a client, and move on to the next. While I am usually satisfied with the end-result of the services my preferred stylist has provided me, I don't feel that adequate time is allowed for my stylist to relax and focus on providing me dedicated attention. She always is juggling multiple clients at a time, and on more than one occasion, other stylists have been recruited to come over and assist on my hair (to finish applying my color, or to start blow drying my hair...) When I make an appointment with a particular person, THAT is the person I expect to perform the service. I selected them for a reason. I am sure I will continue to use this salon every once in a while, for the very flexible hours of operation. But I plan on searching for a different salon as my primary choice. more
