Holly was fabulous, she is five stars. Checking in, not so great. My web booking and phone call to confirm were both somehow lost, and the first lady I spoke with told me she had to verify that I "really" called. When I said "well, I'm not lying..." she ignored me and asked the manager if he spoke to me today, proving she hadn't even listened because I said I called yesterday. He was very nice and worked it out, no problem, but she needs a course in service. No one offered me anything to drink, which is out of character at Josephine's. But again, fabulous Holly made it right!
