The stylists generally seem over-booked, and in a hurry to finish a client, and move on to the next. While I am usually satisfied with the end-result of the services my preferred stylist has provided me, I don't feel that adequate time is allowed for my stylist to relax and focus on providing me dedicated attention. She always is juggling multiple clients at a time, and on more than one occasion, other stylists have been recruited to come over and assist on my hair (to finish applying my color, or to start blow drying my hair...) When I make an appointment with a particular person, THAT is the person I expect to perform the service. I selected them for a reason. I am sure I will continue to use this salon every once in a while, for the very flexible hours of operation. But I plan on searching for a different salon as my primary choice.
