Stylist was il/obviously irritated that she had to work.I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she roughly razored off about 2 inches too much in the front, before realizing she wasn't even the one who was supposed to cut my hair.Razored bangs are only a half inch long in some spots and grey not covered at temples and by ear...but only on one side. Stylist said someone else would "fix it & texturize it" but she had hacked so much off that there was nothing left to be texturized, so Raymond tried to style it to no avail. She said that it was too short, but would grow from above my eye brows to below my nose, where the bangs should have been in a week or so. HUH??? Michelle said, "Granted, it is way too short, but aside from the front, can you see that this is a cute haircut?" ASIDE FROM THE FRONT???? Isn't the front kind of important?while I didn't pay for the HACK JOB done to my hair, I will have to spend a considerable amount of money to try to have it fixed. I intend to contact Aveda and share my concerns.I have been a good customer and have spent a lot of money at Josephine's.I left yesterday in tears, and am embarrassed by my appearance, and this is not the first time I have left feeling ripped off and disappointed. "Fantastic Sam's"-level haircut at high end spa prices? No thanks.
